- 320 gfrozen creamed spinach
- 250 gpenne rigate
- salted water
- 150 gmozzarella
- 50 gParmesan
- ΒΌ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the spinach to the boil in a pan.Step 2
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain.Step 3
Add the pasta, mozzarella and parmesan to the spinach, mix until the cheese has melted, season.
