Ingredients
- 1 tbspsesame oil
- 200 gbulgur
- 5 dlwater
- 2 tspDukkah (spice mix)
- ½ tspsalt
- 2organic limes
- 1 tbspsesame oil
- 2 tbspolive oil
- ½ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 1 bunchdill
- ½ bunchpeppermint
- 250 gmini cucumbers
- 150 gcherries
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the bulgur wheat, sauté for approx. 2 mins. while stirring. Pour in the water, cover and simmer for approx. 12 mins., season.Step 2
Combine the balsamic and oil, season. Add the bulgur wheat, mix, allow to cool slightly.Step 3
Mix the herbs and cucumber into the bulgur wheat. Serve the tabbouleh with the cherries.
