  1. Step 1

    Heat the milk in a pan with the ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg and honey. Turn off the heat, cover the milk and leave to infuse on the switched-off hob for approx. 10 mins.
  2. Step 2

    Strain and froth the milk, pour into the cups or glasses. Pour a hot espresso into each, sprinkle the ginger on top.
