Ingredients
- 2 tinschickpeas
- 200 gboiled beets
- 1 bunchflat-leaf parsley
- 2 tbspwhite flour
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1 tspground coriander seeds
- ½ tspground cumin
- ½ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- oil

Preheat the oven to 60°C, warm the plates.Step 3

Wash and drain the chickpeas in a sieve, transfer to a bowl. Peel the beetroot, chop into pieces, tear the parsley, add both to the bowl. Add the flour, oil and spices, roughly puree.Step 5
BurgersStep 6
With wet hands, shape the mixture into approx. 12 burgers.Step 7
To fryStep 8
Heat a dash of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the burgers in batches for approx. 5 mins. on each side, remove from the pan, keep warm in the oven.
