Ingredients
- ¾ dlwhite wine vinegar
- 2 tspsugar
- ½ tspsalt
- 1 bunchradish
- 1red onion
- 1 tbsppreserved jalapeño peppers in slices
- 1garlic clove
- 1 tbspmustard seeds
- 4pork sausages
- 4rolls
- 4 tbspcrème fraîche
- 3 tbsphoney mustard
- 4mini cucumbers
- 30 gMicro Greens

RelishStep 2
Bring the vinegar, sugar and salt to the boil in a pan. Add the radish, onion, jalapeños, garlic and mustard seed, simmer for approx. 10 mins., stirring occasionally. Leave the relish to cool.Step 3
Charcoal/gas/electric grillStep 4
Grill the sausages on all sides over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins., cut the buns in half lengthwise and grill alongside for approx. 2 mins.Step 5
Hot dogsStep 6
Combine the crème fraîche and honey mustard. Cut open the buns lengthwise, spread the sauce over the cut surfaces. Fill the buns with the cucumber, sausage, micro greens and relish.
