  1. Step 1

    Pour the blackcurrant juice into the pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the star anise, bring to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat. Cover the punch and leave to infuse for approx. 15 mins., strain.
  2. Step 2

    Add the berries to the punch, pour into mugs, garnish with the cinnamon sticks.
