- 400 gfrozen peas
- 1 tbspolive oil
- ½ tspgarlic powder
- ¼ tspchilli flakes
- ¼ tspsalt

Pat dry the peas, mix with the oil, garlic powder, chilli flakes and salt, transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper.Step 3

Approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove, leave the peas to cool on the tray.
