Ingredients
- 300 gquinces
- 300 gapples
- 2 tbspliquid honey
- ½ dlwater
- 500 gplain yoghurt
- 100 gcrispy muesli
Instructions
Step 1
Rub the quince clean with a towel and peel. Halve the quince, remove the core and chop into pieces. Peel and core the apples, chop into pieces. Place the quince and apples in a pan with the honey and water, cover and simmer for approx. 20 mins. until soft. Allow the fruit to cool slightly.Step 2
Finely mash the fruit with a potato masher or pass through a food mill.Step 3
Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl along with the quince and apple sauce, top with crunchy muesli.
