  1. Step 1

    Grease one ovenproof dish with butter.
  2. Step 2

    Pit the cherries. Place the almonds, sultanas, syrup and salt in a bowl. Grate in the zest from the lime, squeeze in the juice, mix.
  3. Step 3

    Place the rice in the prepared dish. Place the milk, maple syrup and salt in a pan, bring to the boil, pour over the rice, mix.
  4. Step 4

    Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove from the oven, stir the rice. Top with the cherries and crumble, return to the oven for approx. 10 mins. Remove and leave to stand for approx. 5 mins.
