Ingredients
- 300 gyellowfin tuna steaks
- 1 tbspsesame oil
- ¼ tspsalt
- 2 tbsptoasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbspblack sesame seeds
- oil
- 2 tbsprice vinegar
- 2 tbspsoy sauce
- ½ tbspsesame oil
- ½ tbspliquid honey
- 50 gmayonnaise
- 1 tspwasabi paste
- 100 gedamame
- 15 gMicro Greens

Brush the tuna cheek with oil, season with salt. Empty the sesame seeds into a deep bowl, mix, toss the fish in the seeds. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, fry the fish for approx. 30 secs. on each side, leave to cool.Step 3

Combine the mayonnaise and wasabi.Step 8

Cut the tuna cheek into thin slices, arrange on a platter, drizzle with the dressing. Garnish with edamame and micro greens, serve with the mayonnaise.
