100 g butter
75 g sugar
1 parcel vanilla sugar
150 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp orange juice
50 g coconut flakes

Preparation Steps

  1. Dough
  2. Place the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl, mix well using the whisk on a mixer.
  3. Mix the oat flakes and cocoa, mix into the butter mixture together with the orange juice. Cover and chill for approx. 30 mins.
  4. To shape
  5. Empty the coconut flakes into a deep dish. Shape the dough into approx. 30 walnut-sized balls, toss the balls in the coconut flakes, place on a plate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
