- Serves: 30 persons
- 100 gbutter
- 75 gsugar
- 1 parcelvanilla sugar
- 150 gfine whole-grain rolled oats
- 3 tbspcocoa powder
- 3 tbsporange juice
- 50 gcoconut flakes
Step 2Place the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl, mix well using the whisk on a mixer.
Step 3Mix the oat flakes and cocoa, mix into the butter mixture together with the orange juice. Cover and chill for approx. 30 mins.
Step 4To shape
Step 5Empty the coconut flakes into a deep dish. Shape the dough into approx. 30 walnut-sized balls, toss the balls in the coconut flakes, place on a plate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
