|1 parcel||vanilla sugar|
|150 g||fine whole-grain rolled oats|
|3 tbsp||cocoa powder|
|3 tbsp||orange juice|
|50 g||coconut flakes|
- Place the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl, mix well using the whisk on a mixer.
- Mix the oat flakes and cocoa, mix into the butter mixture together with the orange juice. Cover and chill for approx. 30 mins.
- To shape
- Empty the coconut flakes into a deep dish. Shape the dough into approx. 30 walnut-sized balls, toss the balls in the coconut flakes, place on a plate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
