Ingredients
- 2 tbspchives
 - 2 tbspblack sesame seeds
 - 2 tbspdried flowers
 - 200 gdouble cream cheese
 - 1 tbspolive oil
 - 1shallot
 - 100 graspberries
 - 4 tbspwhite balsamic vinegar
 - 2 tbspolive oil
 - ½ tspsalt
 - a littlepepper
 - 1 tbspcoarse-grain mustard
 - 150 ghead lettuce
 - 50 grocket
 - 150 graspberries
 - 2 tbspsunflower seeds
 
Instructions
Step 1
Place the chives, sesame seeds and blossom on three separate plates. Shape the cream cheese into approx. 15 little balls, roll 5 cream cheese balls in each, press down gently, cover and chill.Step 2
Heat the oil in a small pan. Sauté the shallot for approx. 5 mins. Add the raspberries, balsamic and oil, season. Puree the raspberries until smooth, pass through a sieve, stir in the mustard.Step 3
Serve the lettuce and raspberries with the cream cheese balls. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds, drizzle the dressing over the top.
