Ingredients
- 1cucumber
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 2 tbspwhite balsamic vinegar
- 1 ½ tbspolive oil
- 2 tbspplain yoghurt
- ¼ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 1 bunchradish incl. green parts
- 1smoked trout filet
Instructions
Step 1
Brush both sides of the cucumber slices with oil.Step 2
With the lid down, grill the cucumber slices over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 1½ mins. on each side.Step 3
Mix the balsamic, oil, yoghurt, salt and pepper in a bowl. Finely chop half of the radish greens, mix into the dressing.Step 4
Add the radish, trout and cucumbers to the dressing, mix. Garnish with the remainder of the radish greens.
