- ½ slicepineapple
- 2strawberries
- someice cubes
- 5 clLillet Blanc
- 5 clchampagne
- 1strawberry
Instructions
Step 1
Puree the pineapple and strawberries until smooth, pass through a fine sieve. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes, pour over the fruit puree and Lillet Blanc.Step 2
Pour over the champagne, decorate the cocktail with the strawberry slices.
