Ingredients
- 400 gcarrots
- salted water
- 1 tbsphorseradish mustard
- 2 tbspvinegar
- 3 tbspolive oil
- ½ tbsphoney
- ¼ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 2 tbspcapers
- 2 tbspsunflower seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Blanch the carrots in boiling salted water for approx. 1 min., remove with a slotted spoon, cool immediately in ice-cold water. Remove, drain well. Serve the carrots loosely on a platter or plates.Step 2
Combine the mustard, vinegar, oil and honey, season.Step 3
Drizzle the dressing over the carrots, top with the capers and sunflower seeds.
