    To prepare the peppers

    Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, season with salt.

    To roast

    Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove, allow to cool slightly.
  5. Step 5

    Cottage cheese
  6. Step 6

    Combine the cottage cheese and salt. Finely chop the chives using scissors and mix in.
  7. Step 7

    To fill

    Tear the ham, place inside the peppers. Drain the tomatoes, cut into thin strips. Drain the sweetcorn, spoon into the peppers along with the tomatoes and cottage cheese. Crack the eggs one at a time, place on top.

    Return to the oven
  10. Step 10

    Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of the oven. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly and serve lukewarm.
