200 g dark chocolate
200 g white chocolate
3 soft dried apricots
30 g unsalted, chopped pistachios
50 g Smarties
3 pinches sea salt

Preparation Steps

  1. Chocolate
  2. Break the dark chocolate and white chocolate into pieces, place in two separate thin-sided bowls. One after the other, suspend the bowls over a gently simmering bain-marie; the bowl must not touch the water. Melt the chocolate, remove from the pan, stir the chocolate until smooth, pour into a tin lined with baking paper.
  3. To decorate
  4. Finely chop the apricots. Scatter the apricots, pistachios, Smarties and fleur de sel on top of the chocolate, leave to cool, chill for approx. 1 hr.
  5. To serve
  6. Break the dark and white chocolate into pieces.
