- Serves: 4 persons
- 200 gdark chocolate
- 200 gwhite chocolate
- 3soft dried apricots
- 30 gunsalted, chopped pistachios
- 50 gSmarties
- 3 pinchessea salt
Step 2Break the dark chocolate and white chocolate into pieces, place in two separate thin-sided bowls. One after the other, suspend the bowls over a gently simmering bain-marie; the bowl must not touch the water. Melt the chocolate, remove from the pan, stir the chocolate until smooth, pour into a tin lined with baking paper.
Step 3To decorate
Step 4Finely chop the apricots. Scatter the apricots, pistachios, Smarties and fleur de sel on top of the chocolate, leave to cool, chill for approx. 1 hr.
Step 5To serve
Step 6Break the dark and white chocolate into pieces.
