Ingredients
- 2 tbspwhite balsamic vinegar
 - 2 tbspolive oil
 - 1garlic clove
 - 600 gsalmon fillets with skin (organic)
 - ½ tspsalt
 - 3 tbspwhite balsamic vinegar
 - 1 tbspsoy sauce
 - 3 tbspolive oil
 - 1 tinwhite beans
 - 250 gstrawberries
 - 100 gcherry tomatoes
 - 1red chilli pepper
 - ½ bunchflat-leaf parsley
 - a littlepepper
 - 1 tbspoil
 
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the balsamic, oil and garlic. Coat the salmon in the marinade, cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for approx. 30 mins., season with salt.Step 2
Mix the balsamic, soy sauce and oil in a bowl. Mix the beans with all the other ingredients up to and including the parsley, season.Step 3
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the salmon for approx. 4 mins. on each side. Remove from the pan, plate up, top with the salsa.
