- Serves: 12 persons
- 1pizza dough, rolled into a rectangle
- 3 tbsptomato puree
- 1 tspcurry powder
- 2 tbspketchup
- 2St. Gallen veal bratwurst
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 60 gketchup
- 20 gtomato puree
- ½ tspcurry powder
Step 1Roll out the dough, cover with tomato puree, sprinkle with curry powder. Cut out circles (each approx. 8 cm in diameter). Add a little ketchup and one piece of sausage in the middle of each circle. Fold the dough over the sausage, press down firmly, place seam-side down on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with oil.
Step 2Approx. 30 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C.
Step 3Mix the ketchup, tomato puree and curry powder. Serve the dip with the bites.
