Rice Bubble Cake
An all-time favourite for kids and adults alike!
- 125grams Tararua Butter
- 125grams Chelsea White Sugar
- 2Tbsp Honey
- 4cups Rice Bubbles
Step 1Combine Tararua Butter, Chelsea White Sugar and honey in a pot and boil for 5 minutes. Add rice bubbles and stir.
Step 2Spread in buttered slice tray and cut while still warm.
