Ingredients
- 1 ½ bunchbasil
- 40 gsunflower seeds
- 50 ggrated Sbrinz
- ½ dlolive oil
- ½ dlwater
- 1 tspcrema di Balsamico (balsamic cream)
- ¼ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- ½baguette
- 300 gmozzarella
- ½ bunchbasil
- 8cherry tomatoes
- 8pitted black olives
- a littlecrema di Balsamico (balsamic cream)
Instructions
Step 1
Tear off the basil leaves and place in a measuring cup along with all the other ingredients up to and including the Crema di Balsamico, puree, season.Step 2
Cut the baguette diagonally into approx. 16 slices. Spread the pesto on the bread.Step 3
Slice the mozzarella into 16 slices, place on top of the bread. Tear off the basil leaves, place one leaf on each slice of mozzarella. Cut the tomatoes and olives in half, place the olives next to the tomato halves for the heads. Dot the Crema di Balsamico all over the tomatoes to resemble a ladybird.
