- ½ tbspBBQ sauce
- 12 slicesdry-cured country bacon
- 12almond sablé biscuit dough
Step 2Mix the mushrooms and BBQ sauce in a bowl, marinate for approx. 30 mins. Wrap each mushroom in a rasher of bacon, place (cut side down) on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Step 3To bake
Step 4Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Place the mushrooms on the sablé biscuits, serve.
