- salt and pepper to taste
- 2croissants
- 75 gcream cheese with herbs
- 80 gham slices

Fried eggsStep 2
Heat a dash of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Crack the eggs one at a time, slide them into the pan. Fry the eggs for approx. 4 mins.Step 3
SandwichesStep 4
Spread the cream cheese over the cut surfaces of the croissants. Place the ham and fried eggs on the bottom half of the croissant, cover with the top half.
