Ingredients
- 8 slicestoast bread
- 2 tbspapple juice
- 2 tbspcoarse-grain mustard
- 150 gsmoked ham in slices
- 2pears
- 150 gAppenzeller
- 2 tbsphazelnuts
- 1 tspcoarse-grain mustard
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1 tbspplain yoghurt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 100 glambs' lettuce

Place the slices of toast on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle with apple juice, spread the mustard on top. Add the ham, pears and cheese, sprinkle with nuts.Step 3
To bakeStep 4
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Whisk the mustard, lemon juice, oil and yoghurt in a bowl, season. Add the lamb's lettuce and mix well. Serve the salad with the toasties.
