Ingredients
- 3 tbspbalsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsporange juice
- 1 tspliquid honey
- a littlesea salt
- 5dried figs
- 150 gsoft goats' cheese
- 1organic lemon
- 2 pinchessea salt
- a littlepepper
- 1 dlcream
- a littleolive oil
- 50 gshelled almonds
- 4 sprigsthyme
- 130 gcrackers
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the balsamic, orange juice, honey and salt in a bowl. Mix in the figs, cover and marinate for approx. 2 hrs.Step 2
Combine the goat's cheese, lemon zest and juice, season. Fold in the whipped cream, chill the dip until ready to serve. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Toast the almonds and thyme until golden brown. Scatter the marinated figs and almonds on top of the dip, serve with the flatbreads.
