Ingredients
- 1puff pastry dough, rolled into a rectangle
- 200 gAppenzeller cheese
- 100 gGruyère
- 1 tbspwhite flour
- 1 dlfull cream
- 1 ½ dlmilk
- 2fresh eggs
- ¼ tspsalt
- a littlenutmeg
Instructions
Step 1
Cut out 8 pastry circles (each approx. 12 cm in diameter), transfer to the prepared tins. Prick the bases firmly with a fork, briefly refrigerate.Step 2
Mix the cheese with all the remaining ingredients, spread on top of the pastry.Step 3
Approx. 30 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180°C.
