Ingredients
- 800 gwaxy potatoes
- salted water
- 1 tbspolive oil
- ½ tspsea salt
- ½ bunchbasil
- ½ bunchflat-leaf parsley
- 1garlic clove
- 20 gpine nuts
- 3 tbsplemon juice
- ½ dlolive oil
- ½ tspsalt
- 1 parcelburrata piccola
- ½ bunchbasil
- ½ bunchflat-leaf parsley

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the potatoes in boiling water for approx. 15 mins. until just soft. Drain the potatoes, mix with the oil and salt in a bowl.Step 2
With the lid down, grill the potatoes over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins. on each side. Serve the potatoes on a platter.Step 3
Puree the basil, parsley, garlic and pine nuts with the lemon juice. Whisk in the oil, season with salt.Step 4
Arrange the burrata on top of the potatoes, drizzle the pesto over the top, garnish with the herbs and pine nuts.
