250 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
2 pinches salt
80 g liquid honey
70 g coconut oil
180 g plain yoghurt
½ apple
½ pear
1 kiwi
1 tbsp liquid honey
1 tbsp hazelnut

Preparation Steps

  1. Granola
  2. In a bowl, mix the oats with all the other ingredients up to and including the coconut oil. Spread the mixture in the prepared tin, press down the base and edges with the back of a spoon.
  3. To bake
  4. Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove and leave to cool in the tin.
  5. Filling
  6. Remove the granola cups from the muffin tin, fill the cups with yoghurt, top with fruit, drizzle with honey, sprinkle with nuts.
