|250 g||fine whole-grain rolled oats|
|2 tbsp||sunflower seeds|
|80 g||liquid honey|
|70 g||coconut oil|
|180 g||plain yoghurt|
|1 tbsp||liquid honey|
- In a bowl, mix the oats with all the other ingredients up to and including the coconut oil. Spread the mixture in the prepared tin, press down the base and edges with the back of a spoon.
- To bake
- Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove and leave to cool in the tin.
- Remove the granola cups from the muffin tin, fill the cups with yoghurt, top with fruit, drizzle with honey, sprinkle with nuts.
- 12 persons
