- Serves: 12 persons
- 200 gwhite flour
- 70 gfine whole-grain rolled oats
- ¼ tspsalt
- 2 tspbaking powder
- 150 ghalf-fat quark
- 100 gbutter
- 1 dlelderflower syrup
- 250 graspberries
Step 1Mix the flour, oats, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Combine the quark, butter, syrup and eggs, pour in. Mix in along with the apples and berries. Transfer the mixture to the prepared muffin tin.
Step 2Approx. 45 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, remove the muffins from the tin.
