Ingredients
- 200 gwhite flour
- 70 gfine whole-grain rolled oats
- ¼ tspsalt
- 2 tspbaking powder
- 150 ghalf-fat quark
- 100 gbutter
- 1 dlelderflower syrup
- 2eggs
- 2apples
- 250 graspberries
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flour, oats, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Combine the quark, butter, syrup and eggs, pour in. Mix in along with the apples and berries. Transfer the mixture to the prepared muffin tin.Step 2
Approx. 45 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, remove the muffins from the tin.
