- 125 gplain organic cream cheese
- 1 tbspolive oil
- ¼ tspsea salt
- ¼ tsppepper
- 10Medjool dates
- 1 tbspunsalted, chopped pistachios
- ½ tbspliquid honey
Step 1Mix the cream cheese with the oil, fleur de sel and pepper until smooth.
Step 2Cut the dates open lengthwise, remove the stones and fill with the cream cheese. Sprinkle with pistachios and drizzle with honey.
