- Serves: 4 persons
- 1 parcelstrudel pastry
- 50 gbutter
- 300 gblue grapes
- 2red onions
- ¼ bunchthyme
- 1 ½ tbspsweet balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbspbutter
- 1 tbspsugar
- ½ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 100 gsoft goats' cheese
Step 1Unfold the pastry sheets, brush with a little butter, stack the sheets on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Fold in the edges approx. 3 cm.
Step 2Mix the grapes with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper. Spread the grape mixture and soft goat’s cheese on top of the pastry.
Step 3Approx. 25 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, serve warm.
