Ingredients
- 1 parcelstrudel pastry
- 50 gbutter
- 300 gblue grapes
- 2red onions
- ¼ bunchthyme
- 1 ½ tbspsweet balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbspbutter
- 1 tbspsugar
- ½ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 100 gsoft goats' cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Unfold the pastry sheets, brush with a little butter, stack the sheets on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Fold in the edges approx. 3 cm.Step 2
Mix the grapes with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper. Spread the grape mixture and soft goat’s cheese on top of the pastry.Step 3
Approx. 25 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, serve warm.
