  1. Step 1

    Puree the strawberries, mix one third with the mascarpone, quark and icing sugar until smooth. Set aside the remainder of the strawberry puree.
  2. Step 2

    Place half of the zwieback in the dish, drizzle with 100 ml of apple juice, spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top. Repeat the process with the remainder of the zwieback, apple juice and mascarpone mixture.
  3. Step 3

    Top the tiramisu with the reserved strawberry puree and strawberries. Sprinkle the zwieback on top. Cover and chill for at least 1 hr.
