Ingredients
- ½ dlolive oil
- 2 tbspwater
- 1red chilli pepper
- 1garlic clove
- ½watermelon
- 250 ghalloumi
- 8wooden skewers
- 2 tbspsoy sauce
- ½organic lime
Instructions
Step 1
Puree the oil, water, chilli pepper and garlic.Step 2
Thread the melon and halloumi alternately onto the skewers, brush with the chilli oil. Set aside the remainder of the oil.Step 3
Cover and grill the skewers over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 8 mins. all over.Step 4
Combine the soy sauce and lime zest with the reserved oil, serve with the skewers. Cut the remainder of the lime into wedges and serve with the dish.
