Ingredients
- 2ripe avocados
- 200 gdouble cream cheese
- 2 tbsplemon juice
- 1 tspchilli flakes
- ¾ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 30 glambs' lettuce
- 30 gcress
- ¼ bunchdill
- 100 gsmoked salmon
- ¼organic lemon
- 40 gcaper berries
- 200 gpumpernickel
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the flesh from the avocado halves, place in a bowl, finely mash with a fork. Mix in the cream cheese and lemon juice, season. Cover and chill for approx. 30 mins.Step 2
Spread the cream cheese in a ring shape on a round platter. Top with the lamb's lettuce, cress and dill, add the salmon, lemon and caper berries. Serve with the pumpernickel.
