Ingredients
- 400 gpasta
- salted water
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 2garlic cloves
- 2red chilli peppers
- 1 ½ dlred wine
- 800 gchopped tomatoes
- 1 tspdried oregano
- 1 tspdried basil
- 1bay leaf
- 1 tspherb salt
- ½ bunchparsley
- a littlepepper
- 60 gParmesan
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and keep warm.Step 2
Heat the oil in the same pan, sauté the garlic and chilli pepper. Pour in the wine, add the tomatoes, herbs and salt, cover and simmer over a medium heat for approx. 20 mins.Step 3
Mix the sauce in with the penne pasta, garnish with parsley and ground pepper. Grate a little parmesan over the top, serve the rest with the meal.
