Ingredients
- ½ bunchbasil
- ½ dlwater
- ¼ dlolive oil
- ¼ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 300 ggnocchi
- 150 gdifferent coloured cherry tomatoes
- 1 ½ tbspolive oil
- ¼ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 145 gmini mozzarella balls
- 100 gdifferent coloured cherry tomatoes
- ½ bunchbasil
Instructions
Step 1
Puree the basil, water and oil, season.Step 2
Mix the gnocchi with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper on a baking tray.Step 3
Approx. 20 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C, remove.Step 4
Add the mozzarella and tomatoes to the tray, drizzle the pesto on top, garnish with the basil.
