Ingredients
- 12dried apricots
- 140 gbacon strips
- 80 gcrème fraîche
- 2 tbsptomato puree
- ¼ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wrap each apricot in a rasher of bacon. Place in a non-stick frying pan and fry gently (without oil) for approx. 5 mins. all over until crispy.Step 2
Mix the crème fraîche and tomato puree, season. Serve with the apricots.
