- 1pizza dough
- 100 gcrème fraîche
- ¼ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 2shallots
- 150 gburrata
- 1organic lemon
- 20 gcress
- 2 tbspolive oil
- ½ tspsea salt

Mini pizzasStep 2
Divide the dough into approx. 12 portions, shape into balls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, flatten a little. Season the crème fraîche, spread on top of the pizza bases along with the shallots.Step 3
To bakeStep 4
Approx. 12 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove the mini pizzas from the oven.Step 5
ToppingsStep 6
Top the mini pizzas with the burrata, lemon zest and cress, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with fleur de sel.
