Ingredients
- 300 gfeta
- 1red onion
- 1organic lemon
- 50 gmixed olives
- 4 tbspolive oil
- ¼ tspcayenne pepper
- a littlepepper
- ¼ bunchmixed herbs
Instructions
Step 1
Fan out the feta and place in the prepared dishes. Place the onion, lemon and olives between the slices of feta. Drizzle the oil on top, season and garnish with the herbs.Step 2
Approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C.
