Ingredients
- 1organic lime
- 1 tbspolive oil
- ½ tbspsesame seeds
- ½ tspchilli flakes
- 1 tspsea salt
- 200 gyellowfin tuna
- 70 gpomegranate seeds
- ½ bunchcoriander
- 1ripe avocado
- ½ tbspolive oil
- ¼ tspsalt
- 30 gtortilla chips
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the lime zest and 1 tbsp of lime juice with all the other ingredients up to and including the fleur de sel. Add the tuna, pomegranate seeds and coriander, mix carefully.Step 2
Puree the avocado with the remainder of the lime juice and the oil until smooth, season with salt. Spread a little of the avocado puree over the tortilla chips, top with the tartare.
