Chocolate Rum Balls

Here's one from our archives - a good old traditional rum ball recipe made with crushed biscuits.

  1. Step 1

    Melt butter, add brown sugar and stir over heat for 2-3 mins until the sugar has dissolved. Mix in the dry ingredients. Add the lemon juice and rum then mix together thoroughly. Using wet hands shape into small balls. Roll in the extra coconut. Chill before serving.
