Ingredients
- 5 clAperol (bitter fruit liqueur)
- 4 clgrapefruit juice
- 1 clorange syrup
- 1 sprigthyme
- 2 dropsAngostura Bitter
- someice cubes
- 1 dlProsecco
- 1 sprigthyme
- 1grapefruit
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the aperol into the shaker along with all the other ingredients up to and including the Angostura, top up with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes, pour the cocktail into the glass through the strainer and a fine sieve.Step 2
Pour in the prosecco, stir briefly, decorate the cocktail with thyme and a slice of grapefruit.
