- 1 ½ tbspolive oil
- 1 tbspwater
- 2 tspwhite almond cream
- ¼ tspsalt
- a littleTasmanian pepper
- 250 gmini cucumbers
- 150 gstrawberries
- 1 bunchradish incl. green parts
- 30 gMicro greens (e.g. mild)
- 20 ggarden cress
- ¼ bunchdill
- ¼ bunchpeppermint
- 4 tbspflaked almonds

Mix the balsamic, oil, water and almond butter in a bowl, season.Step 3

Mix the cucumber slices and all of the ingredients up to and including the flaked almonds with the dressing, serve immediately.
