- 6 clgin
- 2 dlapple juice
- 1 tbspliquid honey
- 1cinnamon stick
- 1star anise
- 1 sliceorange

Instructions
Step 1
Pour the gin into a small pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the orange, bring to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, leave to infuse briefly. Pour the cocktail through a sieve into the glass.Step 2
Garnish the cocktail with a cinnamon stick, star anise and a slice of orange.
