|100 g||crème fraîche|
- Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the onion, sugar and water, cover and cook over a medium heat for approx. 7 mins.
- Tarte flambée
- Roll out the dough, slide onto a tray along with the baking paper. Season the crème fraîche, spread over the dough, top with the apple and onion.
- To bake
- Approx. 20 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 240°C.
