|200 g||washed, prepared kale|
|2||raw pork bratwurst|
|200 g||single cream for sauces|
- Cook the kale in boiling salted water for approx. 5 mins., drain, rinse with cold water, then drain.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the gnocchi, sausage meat and onion for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Add the kale, cook briefly. Pour in the cream and water, mix, bring to the boil, season.
