200 g washed, prepared kale
salted water
a little oil
550 g gnocchi
2 raw pork bratwurst
1 onion
200 g single cream for sauces
½ dl water
¼ tsp salt
a little pepper

Preparation Steps

  1. Kale
  2. Cook the kale in boiling salted water for approx. 5 mins., drain, rinse with cold water, then drain.
  3. Sauce
  4. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the gnocchi, sausage meat and onion for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Add the kale, cook briefly. Pour in the cream and water, mix, bring to the boil, season.
