- Serves: 750 persons
- 75 gcoconut oil
- 200 galmonds
- 75 gdried apple rings
- 150 gapple jelly
- 200 gwhole-grain rolled oats
- 80 gquinoa pops
- 1 tspcinnamon
- ¼ tspsalt
Step 1Granola mixture
Step 2Melt the oil in a pan, pour into a bowl, allow to cool slightly.
Step 3Coarsely chop the almonds, roughly chop the apple rings, add to the coconut oil.
Step 4Add the apple jelly, oats, quinoa pops, cinnamon and salt, mix well.
Step 5Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Step 6To bake
Step 7Approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C, turning 3-4 times. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on the tray. Transfer the granola to the jars,seal tightly.
