  1. Step 1

    Place the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl and suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie; the bowl must not touch the water. Melt the chocolate and stir until smooth.
  2. Step 2

    Place all of the ingredients up to and including the quinoa pops next to each other on top of the chocolate. Sprinkle the hazelnuts and cacao nibs with cinnamon.
  3. Step 3

    Chill the chocolate for approx. 1 hr. Break the chocolate into pieces, as desired.
