- Serves: 4 persons
- 6 dloat drink
- 50 gcoffee beans
- ½cinnamon stick
- 2cardamom pods
- 1 tspginger
- ¼ tspground coriander seeds
- 2 tbsppistachio spread
- 1 tbspunsalted, chopped pistachios
Step 1Mix the oat drink, coffee beans, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and coriander in a measuring cup, cover and leave to infuse for approx. 8 hrs. or overnight.
Step 2Place ½ tbsp of pistachio spread in each glass, gently spread upwards towards the rim. Strain the oat milk into a pan, heat to approx. 50°C, froth up with the blender. While frothing, move the blender up and down to the surface of the milk. Divide the milk foam between the glasses, sprinkle with the pistachios.
