Delicious passionfruit jam recipe - a winner!
- pulp of 6 passionfruit
- 1Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1tsp butter
- 1cup Chelsea White Sugar
Step 1Whisk all the ingredients together. Place in a small double boiler and cook over a steady heat, stirring regularly until it thickens (approx 35 minutes).
Step 2Pour into clean sterilised jars, cover and store in the fridge.
